Price-list: 

the prices are for week and for night divided in 3 season:

• HIGH Season : from 18/06 to 10/09 and HOLIDAYS 

• MID Season : from 16/04 to 30/04 - from 21/05 to 18/06 - from 10/09 to 01/10

• LOW Season : from 30/04 to 21/05 - from 01/10 to 15/12

Minimum stay 3 nights

Bookings for single nights are not accepted in High and Mid season

 
Weekly price (from Saturday 4.00 p.m. to Saturday 10.00 a.m.) 

Children up to 3 years free of charge – single bed added to room 

Price includes : lighting, water, gas, heating, parking, swimming-pool, bed linen .

Booking: booking will be held for 48 hours and will only be confirmed 

by e-mail after receiving the down payment.

Cancellation: in case of cancellation the down payment ( but less € 50,00) will be 

refunded only if notification is received 30 days prior

the start of the holiday.

Payment: at the moment of booking we require a down payment by bank transfer 

or postal order, the remaining fee must be paid cash on arrival.

Deposit:  € 100,00 cash deposit on arrival. 

Cleaning: the guest agree to take care of the apartment and to leave it in the same 

conditions as it was found to be at the start of the holiday.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are permitted, on prior notice and subject to 

an additional €20,00 charge.
